Updated information about Dr. Mark Nichols, Robert J. Killeen, Robert L. Negrin, Judge Katie Kennedy (all of Houston) and Judge Lamar McCorkle, now in Conroe, Texas.

In 2015 looking for Nichols' house, 4904 Palmetto St. Bellaire, TX, the following shows up:
4 beds6 baths5,156 sqft, estimated value of $1,583.852. See http://www.zillow.com/homes/4904-Palmetto_rb/
It was last sold in March 2009, so Nichols probably bought something more "exclusive" (expensive) and moved.

In 2015 I easily found a property of Robert J. Killeen, Jr. and Karen Killeen, 3701 Balcones Drive, Austin, Texas 78731. Total market value for property: $679,777 (it was $851,426 in 2009).  Looks like Killeen finagled to reduce the taxable value. There's lots more information about the property at http://www.city-data.com/austin-properties/B/Balcones-Drive-3.html. Look for 3701 Balcones Drive.

But on http://www.zillow.com/homes/3701-balcones-austin-tx_rb/, 3701 Balcones Drive in Austin (Killeen's house) is estimated to be worth $1,228,879. It was last sold in May of 2002 so that indicates it still belongs to Killeen.

Robert (Rob) L. Negrin--"Rob" is an appropriate diminutive for a little short guy, and he is the one who committed the actual forgery in our case. (See more information about that in the chronology.) There's not much information readily available about "Rob" on the internet. But his linkedIn profile says from October 2003 – Present (11 years 5 months) he worked for http://www.codilisandstawiarski.com/attorneys.htm. However he is not listed as a lawyer there.

His bio also says he works for Pite Duncan LLP (http://www.piteduncan.com/). They are based in San Diego but apparently hire lawyers in various states. See http://www.piteduncan.com/attorneyview.asp?attID=158. Negrin's bio also says his employment with them is from September 2014 – Present (6 months). (As of this writing, February 16, 2015, it hasn't even BEEN 6 months.)

Robert L. Negrin's work for Pite Duncan is apparently to help big-business lenders steal properties that have been illegally foreclosed....an appropriate job for a lawyer who doesn't hesitate to commit forgery.

I quickly found three cases he was involved in: http://caselaw.findlaw.com/tx-court-of-appeals/1148256.html In this one, Sauceda v. GMAC Mortgage Corporation and Federal National Morgage Association, the lender was represented by Mary M. Speidel, Robert L. Negrin, Codilis & Stawiarski, Houston.

http://caselaw.findlaw.com/tx-court-of-appeals/1661239.html Here a whole slew of attorneys--Daron Janis, William Scott Hastings, Robert T. Mowrey, Robert L. Negrin, Mary M. Speidel--represented Wells Fargo Bank, against a single attorney for Lonzie Leath. (That's what sleazy attorneys do: they have a entire gang to inundate either a small law office or Pro Se's with a flood of documents to be answered and created.)

http://caselaw.findlaw.com/tx-court-of-appeals/1578573.html In this one the appellant was Donald Wilhelm, Pro Se, against Federal National Mortgage Association.

1241 Ridgeley Drive, Houston, TX (Judge McCorkle's home (or rather, his wife's) is reported to be 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2,398 sqft, estimated value of $768,649.  Last sold on July 2010, so McCorkel and his wife Regina Giovannini no longer live there.

Aha! Re the internet: In 2012 Judge McCorkle lost the election for the 133rd District Court in Harris County. He had to continue his criminal activities in Conroe (Montgomery County) Texas in the 435th District Court. Montgomery County is about 1/8 the size of Harris County, where Houston is the county seat. I'm reading on the internet that corruption in the court system is alive and well in Montgomery County as well. (Just like everywhere.)

Read here http://www.houstonpress.com/1999-11-04/news/insider/ of how McCorkle and his wife (who is also a lawyer) used their "legal advantage" to, in essence, steal a baby from its grandparents in 1999. (I can't think of worse parents for a baby than lawyers and judges. Maybe serial killers? Pedophiles? )

4904 Sunset Blvd., Houston, TX (Katie Kennedy's house) was reported sold on 7/3/14 for approximately $923,863. I HOPE SHE NEEDED THE MONEY!

Here's her linkedIn page, complete with photo: https://www.linkedin.com/pub/katie-kennedy/9/83b/17a

Here's what Katie Kennedy is up to now: http://upperkirbymediation.com/ She and another lawyer offer mediation or arbitration.  Here's what they say about themselves:

Hon. Katie Kennedy and Hon. Kathy Stone tried thousands of cases as judges. Since leaving the bench, both of these respected former jurists have mediated and arbitrated hundreds of cases to successful resolutions. Hon Katie Kennedy has over twelve years experience as a mediator and arbitrator, and Hon. Kathy Stone has over a decade of experience as a mediator and arbitrator. (Don'cha love it how they call themselves "Honorable and Respected?" (By whom?) Hahahahhahaha!

The DIS-honorable Katie Kennedy is also sitting as a visiting judge.
